What products are used for Rosacea treatment?

To start Rosacea treatment using Radical Skincare products.

We recommend you start with the Advanced Peptide Serum and Anti-Aging Restorative Moisture.
Once your skin has settled you can incorporate the Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads every 3rd day.
After a couple days use Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads every second day. After a couple more days start using the Pads everyday.
Use the Advanced Peptide Serum and Restorative Moisture every morning and every night. Use the Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads in the evening.

How can I pay with a different currency?

Please contact us if you'd like to pay with a different currency. The website shows currency based on location U.S. dollar, British Pounds, and Euros. Any location outside United States, United Kingdom, and Europe is shown the U.S. dollar.

I'm having trouble with login, how can I login to my account?

Click the user icon in the header navigation to show a popup with a login form. Use your username or email address & password to login.
If you don't have a pre-existing account you can either register an account at checkout or register an account by becoming a Brand Partner.
If the login form in the popup isn't working try the login form on the account page.
Maybe you've forgotten your password or need to change your password? Reset your passsword here.
If you login with the correct login credentials but just get a page refresh and it doesn't appear as if you actually logged in, there's a good chance you're browser cookies are disabled.

My Subscriptions (Radical on Repeat)

After I place an Early Renewal, what is my Next Payment Date?

After a subscription early renewal is processed, the next payment date is extended to accommodate another billing period. For example, if a subscription renews monthly on the 15th and the next payment date is December 15th, then processing an early renewal on November 20th will move the next payment date to January 15th.

How are the shipping fees calculated?

United States & United Kingdom

Shipping to United Kingdom and United States is a flat rate of $7.95 USD. You receive FREE Shipping to United Kingdom, and United States if your order amount exceeds $85 USD.

3 Day priority - Flat rate - $11.95

Canada

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25 USD. You receive FREE Shipping to Canada if your order amount exceeds $150 USD.

All Other Countries

Shipping anywhere outside Canada, United Kingdom, and United States is a flat rate of $75 USD. You receive FREE Shipping anywhere outside Canada, United Kingdom, and United States if your order amount exceeds $500 USD.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes! We also partner with Mecca Cosmetics so all our lovely Australian clients can purchase in store and online through Mecca. The shipping fee to Australia is $75.00 USD, and for orders over $500.00 USD it is free shipping.

How do I return a product?

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Claims regarding product packaging performance issues are addressed within a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. This is in place to ensure that any potential issues are promptly and effectively resolved while the product is within its intended shelf life and usage period. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Radical Skincare purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply email Radical at customercare@radicalskincare.com and follow the below return policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date for a refund.
Product packaging performance issues are addressed within a period of 180 days from the date of purchase.
We regret that we do not refund any shipping or handling charges.
Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Please make sure to obtain a tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Returns will be processed within 1 week of warehouse receipt.
Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
