If you’re been reading my blog for a while, you know that Radical Skincare was one of the first cruelty free beauty companies that I got the chance to work with. I was sent yet another amazing product to try out and couldn’t wait to share it with you all. This time, I’m reviewing their Advanced Peptide Antioxidant Serum.

Their claim that this is the ONE serum is pretty spot on. I didn’t use any other skincare products and my skin looked and felt great. The consistency is light and almost pearlescent. I thought it would have a bit of a tint to it, but it doesn’t. The color of the product does not show up on the skin. Immediately, I had a dewy, summer complexion and a nice base for my makeup.

First impression? I loved the silver, sleek packaging. It caught m eye and fit nicely in my hand. I also loved the handwritten note from the ladies behind the brand. I don’t care of EVERYONE gets a hand written note, I like that the time has been taken to do it. It adds a personal touch to any product.

Next up, the ingredients! This serum contains Coffee Seed Extract, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Cranberry Seed Extract, Jojoba, and Rosemary Extract. What a bouquet of amazing ingredients. The oils conditioned my skin and the extracts give a fresh scent that doesn’t overpower you. The Advanced Antioxidant Peptide Serum is also equipped with Trylacel Technology meaning that it fights the 16 causes of aging with three amazing methods. 1) Antioxidants, 2) Repairing Damage, and 3) Calming the skin.

I used this product in the morning as a base for my makeup and found that my skin was definitely smoother! I didn’t notice too many drastic changes, but I looked brighter and my skin tone was definitely more even. This product isn’t what I would call budget friendly, so I would most likely recommend this to someone over the age of 35. Want to try some of Radical’s products?
